We can talk about that. It could be part of community building, the students being a part of the community. Need to see a submission first J.

I would tighten it up "slightly". Not PR Newswire style, but less conversational. Just my €0.02.

On a similar note, do we encourage GSoC presentations? Should we have a "mini-track" devoted to these and best practices in mentoring such a student? The student for Sequoyah got quite a long ways this summer and is going to see about finishing the work along with help from project members. If it gets finished by EclipseCon, I'd love to show the work.

Looks OK. Are we planning to do anything around Java itself like at
EclipseCon Europe?

Maybe an OpenJDK related summit?
