What I've been doing lately is sending a Google calendar invitation to everyone, rather than having a separate calendar just for the PC calls. Does this work? If you don't want the invitation sent to the same address we're using the mailing list, you just have to let me know which one to use.

I have a recurring call every Wednesday at 11am EDT (Eclipse project weekly planning call). I will find someone to replace me for this week so I can attend the EclipseCon call, but it's not the best slot for me. What will the call frequency be?

Thanks for agreeing to be on the EclipseCon 2012 program committee. Our first call will be next week, the day to be determined via a Doodle poll. It would be great if we can manage to choose a time and day that will work for all the calls, so please keep that in mind when you do the poll.
After we choose the day, I'll post meeting access info to this list and on the wiki page, and send out a Google calendar invitation.
