We have not ordered conference phones
in the past because it is usually several hundred dollars to do so (conference
facilities are outrageously expensive, internet for example is $1200 minimum,
which is why we do not get that). I am happy to setup a call
though – what hours will you be able to participate? Are there
others who would dial in? -

meeting? Unfortunately I'm teaching a course in the UK the week of
EclipseWorld, but due to the time difference, should be able to join the
meeting by phone. Given the importance of the topics in your recent

Smith IT looks strong that we will have quorum. Please block
Tuesday, November 6th for the next RC Meeting in Reston, VA at the
Hyatt. This coincides with EclipseWorld week. It’s still 5+ weeks, but you should consider booking
hotel rooms right away. Our plan is to meet starting at 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Lunch will be provided by the foundation. No need to confirm RSVP at this moment – I will be
contacting everyone the week of Oct 18th regarding setting the
agenda and directions of the RC. Cheers, and I know I’ll see many of you at ESE next
week – safe travels. -
