Hi,
Unfortunately I have an event Sunday night at
8pm-9:30ish, and am running the members meetings all day Monday, so the only
opportunity I have to be involved with the Requirements Council is Sunday
afternoon, or some evening during the week.
The response I received initially to a proposal to meet
Sunday afternoon was one of disapproving, so I have not pushed on
that.
AFAICT, the Planning Council meeting is essential
because of the importance of Callisto, and therefore I had no problems waiting
until now to try to figure out how best for the Requirements
council to meet.
Frankly, the main reason I want to have a
meeting is that I selfishly want to meet everyone in the requirements
council to get to know who-is-who. Unless there is some other pressing
reason to have a formal meeting there (please speak up) then I
propose:
a) I will be at the Hyatt lobby bar
from 7pm-8pm on Sunday March 19th.
b) I will be at the Hyatt lobby bar
from 9:30ish until late.
c) ...and I will buy beers for
anyone in the requirements council as long as you keep talking to
me.
- Don
Don,
I believe the last time we spoke, we were shooting for
a Monday morning session for the Requirements Council.
Martin.
That would be the Hyatt Lobby
Lounge.

Hi,
Has the planning council nailed down a firm time yet
for their meeting?
I'm happy to buy beers for anyone on the Requirements
council on Sunday night. I'll be the dorky guy in the jeans at the bar
at 7:30pm onwards. Please come and say hi.
- Don
Don,
Any final word on the requirements council meeting
time? I'm trying to finalize my schedule for
EclipseCon.
Thanks,
Paul Styles

Well, as chair of the requirements council, I'm waiting
for you guys to hurry the heck up and figure it out, and we'll go from
there. :P
My understanding is that given the importance of planning
for Callisto, you all should meet a priori, and we'll fit other meetings in
accordingly.
- Don
When are the other
council meetings (arch. and req)?

Hi
all,
I'd prefer to start at 2 pm or later, so 4 - 6 is fine
with
me.

We can meet
whenever you guys want - we have the room all day. Please make
suggestions and we'll see if we can come to
some consensus...
Any chance we can move
this meeting to later in the day to better accommodate travelers? 4-6
perhaps? --tyler
