Fellow Requirements Council Members,
At the RC meeting last week, we briefly discussed the need for "User Experience Guidelines" in the context of the "Ease of Use" theme. In response to that, I created a Bugzilla entry requesting such a set of guidelines and Wayne Beaton responded with a link to the following:

I don't recall who was the originator of the request at the RC meeting, so I ask that whoever it was to look at the document to see if addresses their concerns. I've looked at the document and it is pretty comprehensive (although I did add some comments to the Bugzilla id).

Also, you probably want to make sure your project team are aware of this document.
