Yes, the planning council meeting occurs each first wednesday of the
month at 17h CET.
We could move it earlier if it conflicts with the CDT one. Usually it
takes around 15 minutes-30 minutes depending on what are the topics for
the last meetings it was around 5 minutes.

Is that ok for all of you to move it at 16h30 CET in order to be sure
that Jonah can attend ?

I would like also to re-invite all the planning council members to
attend the next meeting on December 2nd to welcome Jonah.

I would like also to take this occasion to discuss what do you expect in
this meeting because I feel that it is no more accurate as it is today.
