I've added a discussion about Ed's new tool (p2 repo quality report, https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=550361). We should talk about how we would like to use such report, e.g., to enforce some of our requirements (https://wiki.eclipse.org/SimRel/Simultaneous_Release_Requirements#Mandatory_Requirements_for_the_Simultaneous_Repository_and_EPP)...
