[eclipse.org-planning-council] Feedback for 2019-06 Dates

As requested in this
week's Planning Council call, I've reviewed the dates for 2019-06 (https://wiki.eclipse.org/SimRel/2019-06/Simultaneous_Release_Plan).
They look good to me. One thing to note is that Friday, April 19 is Good
Friday. I have checked the dates in the Google calendar for the Platform
(offset +0) and they look good too.

I did not check
the dates for 2019-09 in the calendar as that is too cumbersome for me.
I will review the dates once SimRel-2019-09is available along with the dates.
