FYI,

I've opened the following Bugzilla to propose a more streamlined 
approach for including the installer on all download pages, including 
the pages for milestones, release candidates, and releases:

This is to avoid having to open an ongoing sequence of Bugzillas like 
this one:

  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=543600

To ensure that onging download pages like this one have a link to the 
installer:

  https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/2019-03/m1

I need something simpler to ensure the installer is tested during the 
release cycle...
