Note that I will not offer/generate this as a separate choice (Product Version) in the Product Catalog.  I hope/expect that it will be added to the existing Photon composite.   Otherwise a big fat -10.  

Looking forward, I expect we will stick to 3 releases per year, and hope that exceptions will be exceptional.  When they happen, the result is a replacement for a broken release (representing a broken process on our part, sadly) and I expect it will be composed into the existing URL location for the broken release that it replaces/fixes, and not be upgraded to, with enough exceptions, what will become a monthly release.
