[eclipse.org-planning-council] Stepping down from the Planning Council

Hi, fellow planning council members,

I have been the representative for RT on the planning council for a number of years, but recently I've been spending less time on Eclipse-related activities. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with the Planning Council and many other councils/projects at Eclipse.org.  I have been involved with Eclipse development as a contributor since 2003 and as a committer since 2005. Eclipse in general, and many of you on the planning council in particular, have helped shape my career.

Since I am not working on Eclipse technologies on a day-to-day basis, I think it's best that I step down from the PC and make room for someone else. Tom is on the planning council as the IBM representative, but the RT PMC can also nominate another representative. I have asked them if they would like to do this.

Thank-you for all your support and guidance throughout the years.
