[eclipse.org-planning-council] Oxygen.1 release date

Hi,

During the last Planning Council call today, the following planning was 
proposed for the next Oxygen releases:
* JDT will issue “official” Java 9 support via Marketplace on September 21.
* Oxygen.1 will be released on September 27 without Java 9/JUnit 5 support.
* Oxygen.1a will be released on October 11 and will include Java 9/JUnit 5.

If there is no objection on this mailing list before August 9, I will 
consider this planning as approved by the Planning Council and update 
the calendar accordingly.
