an "europa" bug is a bug I
encountered using my "europa" config :-)
I agree with you, this is not easy
to track down:
1 - one may have the bug with Eclipse
+ one (europa) project / feature / plugin
2 - one may have the same issue using
a "full europa" config
For case #1, an europa flag may not
be needed, but I thing it might be good thing for case #2.
I'm just trying to find a way to catch-up
any europa bug using bugzilla.
Any idea welcome.

There are no "Europa" bugs - there are only bugs in each of the
component projects. Some of those bugs, admittedly, are bugs that only
appear when multiple projects are loaded. Thus I didn't create a europa
bugs tag (yet). I flip the question back to you: what would you define
as a "europa" bug?
