[eclipse.org-planning-council] RE: Europa-matic fails on Mylar

I had updated it but the version value was malformed (set to
"http://www.ec2.0.0.v20070511-2100";).  Fix committed and I assume that this
was pilot error, but if you run again and it fails let me know on:
