Hi Joe,
As I understand it, you can go to the wiki page:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Europa_Simultaneous_Release
and add yourself to the table.
Then it's a matter of following the must dos, and subscribing to the
cross-projects-issues-dev mailing list.
I'm sure Bjorn can correct or add to this if necessary.

mainly lack of organization by me. I've read the list of requirements and
must dos on the web and they all look very good goals and things we can and
should achieve with the VE. I think today is the deadline for signing up,
so sorry about being so late to the party but can we sign up for Europa ?
