Just a reminder – if you haven’t already done so, please make your hotel reservations and confirm with me that you are attending the Council Meetings in Chicago. 

 

Also, please register on-line (details below) as soon as possible for the June 27^th Group Dinner.  I am trying to finalize the space requirements.

The Council Meetings will be held at the Hotel Allegro in Chicago (www.allegrochicago.com), June 27-29/06.

 

Tuesday, June 27^th – Requirements (all day) and Architecture (afternoon)

Wednesday, June 28th - Plenary w/Board and Architecture (afternoon)

Thursday, June 29^th – Planning (all day)

 

We are guaranteed a rate of $189.00/night.  Please call the hotel directly at 1-312-236-0123 to make your reservation.  Indicate that you are with the “Eclipse Board and Council Meeting” to ensure you are given the preferred rate.  Our block will be held until May 24^th.   I’d appreciate having confirmation of your attendance.
