Dear Members,
Further to our email communication of April 20, 2022 regarding
upcoming changes to the Eclipse Foundation’s IP Policy, as well as
the delivered teleconference presentation “IP Due Diligence:
Modernizing our Processes” (slides
/ recording
/ issue),
we are pleased to announce the IP Policy revisions were approved
by our Boards of Directors today.
The Eclipse Foundation Intellectual Property Policy version 8.0 is
attached for your review, along with a redline for your
convenience. As per the 30-day notice requirements of the policy
itself, this new version of the IP Policy will become effective on
July 29, 2022.
