Declaration for the AMP Project

The Agent Modeling Platform (http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/amp/) is a proposed open source project under the Eclipse Modeling project. The primary focus of AMP is Agent-Based Modeling (ABM), an innovative technique used to explore complex phenomena in many domains, including economics, social sciences, bio-medicine, ecology and business operations.

You are invited to comment on and/or join the project. Please send all feedback to the http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/thread.php?group=eclipse.amp newsgroup. (The newsgroup has not yet been created, but should be available within 48 hours.) Thanks.
