The Eclipse Foundation holds annual elections for board members representing the Committer Members and the Contributing Members. The term of office for these elected board members is one year.
Voting for the Contributing Member representatives is now open and will close on Friday, 28 February 2025 at 21h CET / 3:00 pm EST. - Here are the 2025 Board Candidates.
Each representative of Contributing Member companies is eligible to vote: Please check your inbox for an email from invitations@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with your individual secure link to vote today. We are using ElectionBuddy, an online election system to tabulate the votes. Eligible voters were assigned a unique access key that can only be used to vote once and voting choices will remain anonymous.
If you are an eligible voter and have not received your secure link to vote, please check your spam folder. If you still can't locate your notice or access key, contact us at elections@xxxxxxxxxxx.
As mentioned in my previous email, this year, three Committer Member representatives have been nominated for three available Committer Member representative seats on the Board. Therefore, the three candidates have been acclaimed to the board and no elections are required for this membership class. Please join me in welcoming Matthew Khouzam, Shelley Lambert, and Ed Merks back to the Board for another term!
