Eclipse
member companies have the opportunity to participate as exhibitors in
an "Eclipse island" at CeBIT. CeBIT takes place March 2-6, 2010 in
Hanover, Germany and is expected to have 5,500 visitors. More info on
the conference can be found at http://www.cebit.de.
The Eclipse island will be centrally located in CeBIT's Open Source
Park and this area can hold 4 to 7 exhibitor working areas for Eclipse
members. The overall branding for our area will be Eclipse, but
individual working areas will have signage identifying each
participating member. Four members have committed to participate
already - Actuate,
Bredex, EclipseSource and Sopera. If you are interested in joining the
Eclipse island, the cost is 2500 per working place. CeBIT has waived
the 300 EUR program listing fee for us.
If you are interested in participating, please reply to Lynn Gayowski
at lynn at eclipse dot org. We will also hold a call on Tuesday,
February 2, 6:30am PST / 9:30am EST / 3:30pm CET for interested
