| Co-operative Marketing Program for Eclipse RCP |

All, We are planning to put together a cooperative marketing
program to increase the awareness and adoption of Eclipse Rich Client Platform
(RCP). The plan is to run a series of outreach initiatives, such as
webinars, trade show exhibit, etc. that introduces and educates a technical
audience about Eclipse RCP. An important part of the program will be to highlight the
ecosystem of tools, technology, training and services that Eclipse member
companies are providing around Eclipse RCP. Therefore, I would like
to solicit the input and participation of any Eclipse member company that has
an interest in promoting Eclipse RCP. To kick-off this initiative, we will use part of next week’s
Eclipse Marketing Committee regular conference call to discuss the RCP
marketing program. If you are interested in participating please
