Hi Mickael,

If we want to get in the direction of using vote popularity to take decisions there, we need to choose a good indicator.

I agree there are some bias in the current vote counting and your suggestions may improve the situation. I just would like to precise that, even with improvements, votes numbers will stay one indicator among others to choose FEEP items.
