Looking at the user feedback comparing Eclipse with other IDEs (see various related discussions on the ide-dev mailing-list in the past, but let's share ), I believe it would be great to have a good HTML/CSS editors with better completion and navigation and navigation between them.
There is not much technical blockers, bugs are already reported, some (insufficient) pieces of code are already provided, it's just mainly features without need for refactoring anything; so it's only a matter of assigning resources on it. I believe that makes it a good candidate for FEEP.
