hi PC, as pointed out on friday, we have very little time for adding decline comments for all the rejected talks. So i have also marked some talks as rejected/declined in the Google Doc. I have also started to fill out some decline comments for talks and marked them in the column "decline comment added". My idea is that either one of the member in the column "first round reviewer" would be responsible for adding a comment. Once you are done, please add a "done" in the decline comment added column. Adding decline comments is time consuming so please start today so that we get it finished in time. We would start with those far at the bottom (that are already marked) and have no chance being accepted anymore.
