Hi everyone, thanks for replying so quickly. So I choose 8th May 17:30 (CEST) since it seems to work best for everyone. (estimated time is 30-45 minutes) We need Anne to be alert :-) and Achim to attend. Sebastian, I really hope you can make this work. I will start a Google Doc and invite everyone where we enter dates for future telcos. Agenda for 8th May is - Good telco time - Talk length - Time keepers for talks - Experience from Boston and ECE, where we want to improve - Categories for talk submissions - Schedule for next telcos - A special tutorial we are planning - Keynote update - Room situation, talk count, budget Christian p.s.
