[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] little problem with sub sys

Wanted you guys to know we are having a problem that we expect to solve soon. When we sent the emails out to the people getting the 100%-off coupon, the system also sent the same email to each accepted speaker. BIG problem. So we cancelled that coupon code and will be resending the email with a new code. I put this note on the registration page, and we will be adding an explanation to the email as well. Stuff happens.

Please note: we had a bug in our submission system and have had to cancel all the speaker coupon codes that begin with "3." If you got an email with such a code, please do NOT use it to register as it will no longer work. You will be getting another email with a code that begins with either "2" or "7," and only these codes should be used. Our apologies for this confusion.
