[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] ECE 2012 votes for 2nd round

Hi PC-members,
its seems its not entirely clear for which sessions people need to vote. Especially for PC-members who missed the call yesteday.
All rejected talks are hidden. Therefore we need a vote for all talks that are still visible on the spreadsheet.
I noticed its a little advantage if you participated in the call because we discussed quite a number of talks but thats the way it is.
There are 180 proposals remaining. If it takes 1 minute per session to make up your mind for each proposal……..thats 3 hours. So expect to can take you as long as one day to do the votes…… (second round is where we spend most of the time really)
