I dont think we have anything right now. However maybe the Foundation can provide something in electronic form and people like you who see's an occassion can produce copies for yourself.

Safes you the effort of creating it and makes sure that we all send the same message. @Anne: Does the foundation have something ???

Hi all,

before I start wasting resources on this: is there some sort of promotional material available? Since we are not allowed to "spam" customer mailing lists I would like to pin flyers on message boards etc. This could be a two time action: one for getting talk proposals, another to get attendees.

If there is no material available from the foundation I will talk to one of our more "artistically minded" colleagues about designing some.

If we dont get enough sessions than there is not much we can choose but we rather have to accept most of it. :-) So its part of our responsibilty to act now.

I know its a little hard at the current time because we are still ONE month away from the deadline. As an incentive there is an early bird at mid of July. We are also going to announce our keynotes to the public, I think that is going to be at the beginning of July.

Please take some time and invest it now. This is going to be a very interesting conference I believe. We have cool keynotes and we need good sessions.
