Re: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Do we keep the talk?

I don't know the speaker, so I can't contribute there.
My feeling however is that we should have an apricot talk in the program and we already kicked the other one (with the same person as a co-speaker, so it wouldn't help...).

I couldn't say... Are there other people from the PC who were there as well [1], and who could confirm my feeling?
IIRC the guy made me the impression it was his first presentation, and since he made a very technical presentation, implicitly assuming that the audience was basically as familiar with the code as he was himself.

OTOH I would be disappointed if we rejected this Apricot talk, since it looks to me like a promising technology…

Hi Ben,

You expressed your doubts about the speaker's qualities of this talk: https://www.eclipsecon.org/sessions/introducing-apricot-eclipse-content-management-platform
We haven't talked about that one. Are they good enough to keep the talk?

Cheers,
Bernd
