Hello everyone,

We have some action items for everyone in the group, and a date for the next call!ecl

Action items:
- Starting NOW, please blog, tweet (include #eclipsecon), etc. about the early-bird contest, etc.
- Then send the URL of your post to the list
- By Friday, August 5, send your *top six* early-bird picks to the list
The early-bird deadline is August 3, so you can start finalizing your choices on August 4.

Next call:
- Monday, August 8, 17:00 CEST, 8:00 PDT

- If you can't be on this call, please let us know so we can make sure you get some important information in preparation for reviewing submissions and finalizing the program
