2079 moved to empty slot.
2164 has been swapped with the session right after it (2254, Long term support).
2145 has been swapped with 1994 (mathematical proof).
2039 is marked tentative reject – please ping Chris loudly if this is an omission and it needs to be swapped with some other session.
Thanks much for taking the time to catch these right away Ed!

Subject: Re: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] DRAFT ECON SCHEDULE - Feedback needed ASAP
Don,
Booking 2079 and 2161 in the same slot isn't ideal. Could we use Tuesday 17:00 for 2079? I know that collides with 2001 but I think 2161 will drag away to large a fraction of the modeling crowd who would benefit from seeing 2079...
Could 2164 and 2253 be moved to different slots that don't collide with other modeling talks? Any other regular slot that day looks like a candidate.
Same idea for 2130 and 2145...
I thought 2039 was supposed to be in the schedule, but I'm not sure the final list we agreed to last week...
Cheers,
Ed

Here is the EclipseCon Schedule first cut. It’s SO first cut that it’s not in the database. I’ve hidden it – so please don’t be confused by the directory name. Yes, it says 2007, but it’s the 2011 draft, I swear. Not the prettiest formatting, but it’s quite workable.

Please take a first scan and let me know of any obvious errors ASAP. WE hope to publish this as soon as Tuesday, so feedback sooner is better.
Notes:
Tutorials are yellow (There are 4 slots, 1 is extended on Monday AM, the others are 2h).
Extended talks are red.
Standard talks are plain white.
There are more OSGi talks than slots – so there are a couple of OSGi overlaps. It can’t be helped as there are more talks than time slots. I looked carefully to try to minimize the harm of the overlap by trying to choose talks that were somewhat different, but I’m open to suggestions.
Changes:
You can’t just say “CHANGE talk XXX”. If you suggest a change, you need to find a talk to change it with, and be mindful you don’t change a talk that causes subject conflict in the FROM or TO of your suggestion. If you suggest a change, please include Session #, Day, time and talk # for both FROM and TO in your suggestion.
I am not interested in vanity changes (i.e., Thursday->Tuesday or late->early, etc) – changes for Speaker Conflicts, Subject Conflicts, Subject Flow (intro talks before advanced) are typically the only reason we accept changes.
