Welcome to the EclipseCon Program Committee! Thank you for  
volunteering your time to make ECon 2011 the best one yet.

I believe one or two people joined late, but I'm not sure who they  
were. If it was you, please feel free to add your name to the  
"Attending" list in the minutes.

First action item is to choose keynotes by October 1. There's a wiki  
page section for Keynote Ideas -- I hope we see some bullet points in  
that section very soon!
