The schedule is really shaping up well, I think we've fixed most gaffs.
At this point, schedule changes will cost beers.

- Oisin has to do some panel work
- Don is looking for a new lightning talk - proposals are solicited
Make sure that you all look over the awesome scheduling work that Don is
doing
to ensure that people don't get double-booked, or there are sessions that
don't
make sense to happen in parallel, etc.
