Dear Anne,
I am the author of "My Unmanned System is Eclipse Powered" talk at EclipseCon 2010. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the conference because of some issues in my company; they won't be paying the costs for the trip and costs are too high for me to personally pay. So I thought conference board may be able to replace my slot with another talk.
If you are not the right person about this issue, can you please forward this email to whom it may concern and let me know.
