I would have loved to have all the Build stuff be tutorials, however, 
I'm trying to give equal time to each of the approaches.   Thus why all 
the Build tutorials, were hacked to 25 minute talks otherwise there 
wasn't going to be room to get any of them in place.

There is always the unconference to have some more hands on items in the 
evening.   The conference in general is looking like it is going to be 
over hours on tutorials.
