After removing 1163, Languages is still over limit as far as the excel 
sheet is concerned.

I'll go through another pass to see if any talks could be trimmed down. 
Groovy already has two talk slots in languages (1340, 1097). 1097 is a 
walkthrough of the groovy language for java developers.

Given the mass of these that you could find by a simple google search, 
I'd prefer 1340. 1340 comes from the developers behind groovy, and 
touches upon the tooling aspects of Groovy IDE.

I'd prefer to see 1340 over 1097. If anyone has objections, please say 
so... or hold your peace forever :P
