We do need to trim the Mylyn input, I agree.

1208 looks interesting, but 50 minutes for a 'vision' talk is not on
the cards, IMHO.

I would rather see two 25-minute talks here.

A Mylyn Tutorial would be interesting, but I think there's enough
strong community information out there on how to use it. Compare
this to something like Using Git at Eclipse, and I would put more
value on the latter, for example.
