How about.

Do to the overwhelming popularity of the Build and Continuous 
Integration category, we would like to get all major methods represented 
for building.  Due to time constraints we are asking that each talk be 
shortened to a 25 minute standard talk.   This will allow us to get at 
least one of each build method represented.
