For one, it has some values filled in
under 'David' ... and it wasn't me!? 

Second, I can not edit it. It might
be a "temporary server problem"? Gives me the choice to "open"
it, and acts like it did .... but, no edits, no "save and close"
menu. 

My 4 and 5's correspond closely to Oisin's
and Ketan's ... but, if time, you might check "permissions"?
