According to the requested talk slot spreadsheet, we need to
finalize on

 Committer and Contributor
 Java
 Languages
 Tools
 UI/RCP
 Mobile and Embedded

I know some of these are waiting for review from me - but google
docs has ground to a halt here on this muddy little island off
the coast of Europe and has become unusable (> 4 min refresh
time). I'll get up early in the morning when you guys are snoozing
(expect perhaps for David Williams :) and complete.

By mid-day PST tomorrow, everything should be in and we will
see just how overloaded we are. Please keep track of any
ongoing conversations with an eye to closing them as quickly
as possible. Make sure that you have gone through any new
additions to your tag from other tag teams and marked them
up in your spreadsheet. Double-check your tag's requested
talk slots spreadsheet figures, just in case.

Tools and UI/RCP are my biggest concerns at the moment as
they are monster tags and skewing our figures. It may need
all hands on deck to do a bit of tag cleansing.

The next step is to get a picture of all the talks that have been
marked as acceptable, and the tags that have them thus marked.
This will be the input to our conference call on Wednesday, it's
important that you can make it to that call. This document will
show any overlaps, multiple accepts, etc, which we can then
resolve.
