I've tried:

talktag~'Runtime' and type~'lightning'

and that works for me. The types that one needs to use are

     Standard
     Extended
     Lightning
     Tutorial
     Panel
     Sponsored
     Extended Tutorial

Trying  talktag~'JavaEE' AND talktag ~ 'tools'  I get a match
that is more like talktag~'JavaEE' OR talktag ~ 'tools', that is
it is not matching as expected.

Not sure how the AND works - I've an idea of how it *should*
work, but maybe someone else on the list has more info on
how to phrase this kind of query (Scott? Gabe?).
