Here's the summary of the B+I jury - Chris, Bernd, Ketan and myself :)
The spreadsheet with the details is in the shared folder.

I've sorted the spreadsheet and the next step is to add up all the accepted
talks from the the other tags and see how much over-space we are. Then
we can get back to the individuals to shorten their talks, etc.

Summary:

We would like to accept
   7 extended talks
   1 extended tutorial
  10 standard talks
    1 lightning talk

We have maybes that include
    3 extended talks
   11 standard talks
     3 lightning talks

There is one special case (1476) which I think should be accepted but by the
Committer and Contributor taggers.

Obviously, we are well over-committed on the extended talks here, so we
will need to chop back on them.
