That "Test and Performance" tag is a hold-over from the per-project track
system. It is effectively code for "TPTP" :)

On the call I said I would trip thru memory lane to check out the usage of
that particular tag. There were 13 talks and bofs that I could find (listed
below). Of these, 4 were related to performance (in the sense of profiling
activity etc) in some fashion. It's a small number - and I'm thinking that
a separate 'performance' tag might be unnecessary for such a small
number (of course there may have been 1.2x10^9 submissions, with
only four being accepted, but I doubt that there was such a gap).

Do you think it's worth splitting them up into two tags?
