On the list for today. Time-wise, the priorities are in
getting the Keynotes and Panels sorted out. Tutorials
need not be announced until the new year.

1. Keynotes
Let's see if we can close this off and start contacting
the individuals.

2. Panels

There are a total of 15 Panel slots. Each Panel is one
hour long. I'd like to tease out some ideas for panels
e.g., Redhat for example would be interested in a panel
on Open Source SOA.  We should have Panels that
are consonant with the themes.

3. Tutorials

On the current layout we have 10 3-hour and 10 2-hour
tutorials.

4. Talks

We have 20 x 1hr slots. It's up to us how we slice and
dice em. I like short talks, I like long talks, provided
they are presented well.

5. Unconference

This if BoF-land. We have potentially 30 1hr slots here,
but no objective to fill them. We are facilitating the
community.

6. Recruiting

I'm interested in forming 2-person groups to recruit talks
related to certain areas. More details on the call.
