Re: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] How do I 'cancel' a talk?

Oisin,

Here you go.

Cancellations

We have had a few people that have decided to cancel their talks.  When this happens, this is probably the best procedure.

a) Add notes to the talks in comments section acknowledging that the talk has been canceled at the authors request.
b) Change the status to Tentative Decline
c.1) Find a replacement talk of equal time and change status to Tentative Accept.
OR
c.2) Change the times of other curated talks to fill the time vacated by the cancellation.

d) Let me know what you have done, I will push the appropriate combinations of Big Buttons, Little Buttons and prayers that will make things whirl around until the system is updated.

I will see the status changes if you modify the accept/decline on any talks, but will wait to hear word from you before I accept those changes.
