Bjorn, my mail client (or mail system?) does not display the images you've 
embedded. 
Can you perhaps post a version on the wiki, or something? 

I've looked for options/preferences to be able to display them, but so far 
haven't found any. 
My Mail Client is Lotus Notes ... if anyone happens to know.

Here's a alpha (or, in Eclipse parlance, an M1) of the EclipseCon 2009 
schedule.
I'm happy to accept feedback in one of the following forms:
Good Great job Bjorn, you rock!
Pretty-good As PC member for category X, please reorder my category's 
talks A and B
Reasonable As PC member for category X, please schedule my newly accepted 
long/curated talk A into the blank spot at day Y, time Z.
Not-so-good As PC member for category X, I want you to exchange my talk A 
with somebody else's talk B. The PC member for talk B (category Y) agrees 
with this swap.
Bad Talks A and B on day X, time Y have the same speaker
I tried to keep categories sequential and definitely without horizontal 
conflicts. Other than that, oof, it's a hard task.
