I love a moving target :)

We now have a 25 minute short talk.  If you are accepting two 30 minute talks into a single session, please use this distinction when you are doing your negotiations. 

So your choices for short are:

 - 10
 - 20
 - 25
 - 30

We will be force fitting the talks this weekend, if you don't want two 30s to become two 25s, then you should adjust the system so that we don't have to do the force fit.
