Things are looking good.  No additional allocations yet...  soon

Couple of changes in the system.  First, we now have a 20 minute short talk type.  Please use this if it is more appropriate for your categories.

Second, the reports have been updated to have the 20 minute category.

Third, I have added some highlights to the report to indicate areas where your category may have a problem.  The two things I am looking at are:
 a) If you have accepted more talks than you have been allocated.
 b) If you have talks that are in a neutral status, but not an aardvark.

At this point talks need to be either accepted, declined, or neutral with an aardvark tag.
