Hi Bjorn,

Sorry, my lack of explanation.

I had 15 slots of 10 min each.  For
30 min talks, I counted them as 3 slots.

Thus,
Short 30min talks: 4 talks x 3 slots
= 12 slots
Short 10min talks: 3 talks x 1 slot
= 3 slots
           
                     
                ----------------
           
                     
                    15
slots (of 15 allocated)

Does this make sense (and is right)?

Kevin,
I'm a little dense, but I can't figure out what you mean here: are you
saying that you have two one hour units of short talks, one of the hours
has four 12 minute talks and the other hour has three 16 minute talks?
