I have moved 430, 447, 561, and 592 to the UI/RCP category.

Our current thinking is to combine 430 (Swiss Rail) and 561 (NASA) into a RCP case study long talk.

Not sure what to do about 447 (aardvark?). We should be able to fit 592 in as a 10 minute short talk.
